Sizing

We use Australian/UK/US ring sizing which you can view here.

Our ring designs

Our Caterpillar ring designs, at their thinnest point, can vary between 4mm and 6mm thick.

Thicker bands (over 6mm) will fit tighter.

Please keep this in mind when placing an order.

If you have any questions about a particular design, please contact us before placing an order. We can tailor the ring to have a slightly thinner band if you have sizing concerns.

Measuring your ring size

• For an accurate measurement, we recommend visiting your local jeweller.
• DIY finger measuring techniques are not always reliable but you can do them at your own risk.
• Finger size can fluctuate at different times of the day and in different temperatures.
• Fingers expand and contract—the ideal time to measure finger size is in the evening and the ideal temperate is when it's neither very cold or very hot.
• Most people's fingers tend to be at their largest in the evening and smaller in the morning, however, this still varies from person to person.

Each piece can take 2-4 weeks to produce, then sent to you via Australia Post. All care is taken to ensure your pieces are packed and sent in perfect condition. Once an order has been sent, you will receive a tracking number.

Please ensure your name, address and phone number are included at check-out.

We are not responsible for items that are lost, stolen or damaged in the post.

General

1. All items are made to order and cannot be returned if you have changed your mind.
2. Made to order items are hand made, finished and will vary from the item photographed.
3. Items purchased under a promotion or sale cannot be returned or refunded.
4. Custom pieces cannot be returned or refunded.

Returns/Exchanges

1. If you are not satisfied with the fit of a piece, please contact us and we can work with you to find a solution to remedy the issue.
2. Custom pieces are not eligible for exchange.

Refunds

1. Refunds can be issued within 12 hours of placing an order.
2. Refunds will be given as a last resort.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

1. Upon receiving your order, if you notice is it damaged or faulty (i.e. not wearable) please contact us as soon as possible.
2. If you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Agreement

By completing your purchase or paying an invoice, you have confirmed that you have read and agree with all terms and conditions set out above.

Sterling silver and gold pieces are safe for everyday wear, however, their appearance may change over time.

Cleaning

To clean your jewellery, use warm, mild soapy water and a soft bristle brush (toothbrush) to clean your jewellery.

You can also use a metal-specific cleaning cloth (i.e. jewellery cleaning cloth) or metal-specific cleaning solution.

Remove your jewellery when swimming in chlorinated water as it can tarnish silver.

Gemstones

Gemstones like sapphire can be worn in the shower or swimming. For softer stones like Opal and Peridot, we recommend to remove jewellery before showering and swimming.
